In addition to the aforementioned State Society an area of exploitation of the reserved area CN x 2 (Cuenca Neuquina) located in the Department General Roca, Province of Río Negro and Department Puelén, Province of La Pampa for hydrocarbon extraction work.

CONSIDERING:

That Petroliferous Fiscal Developments State Society requests the conversion into a zone of exploitation of a fraction of the CN x 2.

That technical and economic data reveal the condition of tradeability of the discovered deposit.

The request is in accordance with article 22 of Act No. 17.319.

As proposed by the Energy Secretariat, as recommended by the Ministry of Public Works and Services and as set out in Articles 11,95 and 98 of Law No. 17.319, it is appropriate to access the requested,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1 - Separate to Petroliferous Public Prosecutors' Societies for hydrocarbon extraction work, the "La Jarrilla" exploitation zone, located in the CN x 2 area (Cuenca Neuquina) located in the Department General Roca, Province of Río Negro and Department Puelén, Province of La Pampa, defined by the following points:
