In addition to the aforementioned State Society, an area of exploitation located in the area CN II Department of Añelo, Province of Neuquén, for hydrocarbon extraction work.

VISTO File No. 676.280/80 of the Registry of Energy, and

CONSIDERING:

That Fedlingering Petroleum Soils State Society requests the conversion of a fraction of the CN II area into a zone of exploitation.

That the technical and economic data provided reveal the commercial status of the discovered deposit.

The request is in accordance with article 22 of Act No. 17.319.

As proposed by the Energy Secretariat, as recommended by the Ministry of Energy, as recommended by the Ministry of Public Works and Services, and as set out in articles 11, 95 and 98 of Law No. 17.319, it is appropriate to access the requested.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Separate to the Petroliferous Public Prosecutors' Societies of the State for hydrocarbon extraction work, the zone of exploitation "San Roque", located in the area CN II Departmente de Añelo, Provincia del Neuquén, defined by the following points:
