I look at the Nros Laws. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 18.038 (t. 1980), and

CONSIDERING:

That according to the estimated variation in the overall level of the remunerations produced in relation to which it took into account to establish the previous mobility, provided for by Decree No. 595/82, and as determined by articles 49, paragraph 1 and 53 of Law No. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 39 of Law No. 18.038 (t.o. 1980), it is appropriate to increase by twenty per cent (20 per cent) from the 1 July 1982.

In order to contemplate the situation of the lower-income sectors, it is considered appropriate to establish minimum assets of the higher-than-existing benefits of applying to those currently in force the percentage indicated in the previous consideration.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ∙ Increase by 20 per cent (20 per cent) the retirement and pension benefits provided by the National Provident Funds.

This increase will be effective 1 July 1982 and will be applied on the amount to be received as of 30 June 1982.

Exclude from the above provisions to the pensions and pensions agreed upon or to agree on the application of Act No. 18.464, its amendments or supplements.

Art. 2o ∙ Raise as of 1 July 1982 the minimum monthly entitlements agreed upon or agree on by the National Provident Funds to the following amounts:

Retirements, except advance for women	$1,850,000
Advance pension and retirement for women...	$1,630,000

Art. 3o As of 1 July 1982, the maximum number of retirements granted or to be granted by the National Provident Funds, including the mobility established by articles 53 of Law No. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 39 of Law No. 18.038 (t. 1980), will be fourteen million ninety-one thousand three hundred and fifty-two pesos (Weights 14.091.352) per month. Art. 4o ∙ Note from 1 July 1982 in the sum of one million hundred and forty-one thousand pesos (Weights 1.141,000) per month the minimum of ex gratia pensions and other non-contributory benefits and the existence of old-age pensions and invalidity pensions, which are charged with article 38, last paragraph of Act No. 22.602. Art. 5o ∙ The correctional index referred to in article 53 of Act No. 18,037 (t. 1976) is to be applied to the determination of the benefits of the participants who ceased the activity from 30 June 1982. Art. 6th For the implementation of the present decree, the supplement referred to in article 7 of Decree No. 595/82 shall be considered as a retirement or pension, as appropriate. Relevant liquidations and transfers shall be made subject to the rules of this article, as determined in article 9 of Decree No. 1,500/81. Art. 7o The Ministry of Social Action is empowered to dictate the interpretative and complementary norms of this decree.
