Article 1 Artículo Mr. Jorge Agenor Quinteros (L.E. 4.478.445) is appointed as Assistant Secretary of Marketing of the Trade Secretariat. Art. 2o o The staff member appointed in Article 1 shall retain the position of National Director of Sugar under the conditions set out in Decree No. 716 of 27 March 1981.
