VISTO Decree No. 41 of 7 July 1982 and

CONSIDERING:

At the time of promulgation of Decree No. 41 of 7 July 1982 and as a result of the criterion adopted to determine the scope of the accounting commitment, it is impossible for the National Atomic Energy Commission, given the state of implementation of its budget, to complete the percentages set out in Article 1 of the aforementioned legal standard.

That the situation raised by the National Atomic Energy Commission on the basis of the reasons invoked in the pre-cendant consideration cannot be regulated by raising the partial percentages set out in the decree.

That, in addition to the above, it would be to exempt such Institution from compliance with the rule in commentary.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Except the National Atomic Energy Commission for compliance with Article 1 of Decree No. 41 of 7 July 1982.
