I look at the Nros Laws. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 18.038 (t. 1980), and
CONSIDERING:
In accordance with the estimated variation in the general level of the remunerations produced in relation to which it was taken into account to establish the previous mobility, provided for by Decree No. 747 of 24 September 1982, and determined by articles 53 of Law No. 18.038 (t. 1976) and 39 of Law No. 18.038 (t.o. 1980), it is appropriate to increase from 1 November 1982 the holdings of pensions.
In accordance with article 76 of Act No. 18.037 (t. 1976), it is considered appropriate to establish a greater increase in pension and pension benefits, which are established on the basis of the formulas for determining the same provided for in existing provisions prior to 1 January 1969, and which are found in the rules of Resolution No. 726/78 of the former Social Security Secretariat.
That Decree No. 641/80 set a differential for the family allowance by spouse of the beneficiaries of the national pension and pension scheme, which was subsequently increased.
That on the merits of the reasons expressed in the considerations of the decree mentioned above, it is considered appropriate to continue with the policy that guided the dictation of the decree.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 ∙ Increase by 17 per cent (17 per cent) the retirement and pension benefits provided by the National Provident Funds.This increase will be twenty-two per cent (22 per cent) in the case of retirement and pension benefits falling within the provisions of Resolution No. 726/78 of the former Social Security Secretariat.
Art. 2o The increments set forth in the preceding article shall be governed from 1 November 1982 and shall be applied on the receipt of 31 October 1982. Art. 3o ∙ Raise as of 1 November 1982 the minimum monthly entitlements agreed upon or agree on by the National Provident Funds to the following amounts: Retirements, except advance for women | $3,276,000 |

The amount set above is subject to the coefficients corresponding to articles 18 of Act No. 18.017 (t. 1974) and 3rd of Decree No. 25/81.
The increase in this article shall be effective 1 November 1982.
Art. 5o As of 1 November 1982, the maximum number of retirements granted or to be granted by the National Provident Funds includes the mobility established by articles 53 of Law No. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 39 of Law No. 18.038 (t. 1980), will be seventeen million five hundred and ninety-eight thousand three hundred and eighty-two pesos ($ 17,598.382) per month. Art. 6th ▸ Note from 1 November 1982 in the sum of one million nine hundred and ninety thousand seventy pesos ($ 1,990,170) per month the minimum of ex gratia pensions and other non-contributory benefits and the existence of old-age and disability pensions, which are subject to article 8 of Act No. 18,820. Art. 7o ∙ Exclude from the provisions of article 1 to the pensions and pensions agreed upon or to agree on the application of Act No. 18.464, its amendments or supplements. Art. 8o ∙ The correction rate referred to in article 53 of Act No. 18,037 (t. 1976) is 1.5444 to apply for the determination of retirements for participants who cease from 31 October 1982. The resulting sum will be added that of one million one hundred and eleven thousand five hundred pesos ($ 1,111,500). Art. 9th For the application of this decree the supplement to which article 7 of the Decree refers No. 595/82 shall be regarded as retirement or pension, as appropriate. Relevant liquidations and transfers shall be made subject to the rules of this article in the manner specified in Article 9 of Decree No. 1,500/81. Art. 10. The Under-Secretary for Social Security is empowered to dictate the interpretative and complementary norms of this decree. Art. 11.
