Decree No. 147/1981

Adopt a Convention between Water and Electrical Energy and the State Society and the Province of Buenos Aires.

VISTO SEE Expediente No. 780.037/80 of the registration of the Ministry of Energy, requesting the ratification of the National Executive Power of the Convention between Electric Water and Energy, Society of the State and the Province of Buenos Aires, and

CONSIDERING:

In accordance with Decree No. 258 of January 1980, the decision was adopted by the Joint Resolution of the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of the Economy. 9 and 1.332, respectively, dated 3 December 1979, related to the transfer of services provided by Water and Electrical Energy State Society to the Provinces, under the conditions prescribed by Law No. 18.586.

That by Article 2 of Law No. 18.586, the transfer would be made through Conventions to be held with each Province, ad-referendum of the National Executive.

That the Convention is supported by the provisions of the aforementioned legal provisions.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Approve the Convention of 8 August 1980 between Water and Electricity Society of the State and the Province of Buenos Aires, which is an integral part of this Decree, by which it is agreed to transfer to the latter, electrical services of the aforementioned Society, existing within the provincial limits, in accordance with Article 2 of Law No. 18.586 and Article 2 of Decree No. 258/80.
