MINISTERY OF ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES DECRETO No. 112 Delegation of powers and obligations.

VISTO Law 22,450, and

CONSIDERING:

As a result of the ministerial restructuring, it is appropriate to attribute to the current Ministry of Public Works and Services the powers and obligations delegated by the Executive Branch in the former Ministry of Transport and Public Works (Decree No. 235 of 24 January 1974).

It is appropriate, on the other hand, that the Minister of Public Works and Services may in turn delegate to the Assistant Secretaries of his area the functions in question.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Refer to the Ministry of Public Works and Services of the Nation in accordance with Article 2 of Law No. 13,064, the powers and obligations determined by it for the execution of buildings, works or services that review the nature of public works and for the acquisition of materials, machinery, furniture and elements intended for them.

Art. 2o o Authorize the Minister of Public Works and Services to delegate the powers in question to the undersecretaries of his jurisdiction.

Art. 3o o Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
