TECHNICAL COMMISSION ASSESSMENT OF SALARY POLICY OF THE DECRETO PUBLIC SECTOR No. 143.

VISTO Law No. 18.753 and Decree No. 1213 of 6 July 1976; and

CONSIDERING:

That for the above-mentioned acts the composition, respectively, of the Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy, is established and has the mission to carry out the study, analysis and evaluation of the measures aimed at establishing a coordinated and harmonious wage policy for all the agencies of the National State; according to the guidelines established by the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Finance.

That Act No. 22,450 established the powers of the National Ministries.

That Decree No. 42 of 29 March 1981 also created and assigned functions to the Subsecretariats of the ministerial areas.

It is therefore necessary to adapt the composition of the Technical Advisory Commission to the new structures set forth.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo The Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy shall consist of one (1) representative of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation, who shall preside over the Commission; one (1) representative of the Ministry of Labour; one (1) representative of the Ministry of Social Action; one (1) representative of the Planning Secretariat and one (1) representative of the Under-Secretary of Finance. In the event of absence, the incumbent representatives shall be replaced by the alternate representative to be designated for that purpose.

For the study of special cases, the Commission may convene a representative of the Ministry, Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation or Undersecretariat corresponding to the staff sector concerned.

Art. 2° . The above-mentioned body shall operate within the jurisdiction of the Presidency of the Nation. The administrative support necessary for its operation will be provided by the Under-Secretary of Finance, through the specific area provided for in Decree No. 1355/80, to which the corresponding documentation will be responsible. Art. 3° . The Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy shall be in conformity with the provisions contained in Act No. 18,753. Art. 4° . Refer to articles 1, 2 and 3 of Decree No. 1213 of 6 July 1976. Art. 5° . The This decree will be endorsed by the Ministers of Economy, Finance and Finance, Labour and Social Action.
