LAW OF DECRETO MINISTERIES No. 748 The period provided for in Article 5 of Decree No. 42 of 29 March 1981 is extended.

VISTO Decree No. 42 of 29 March 1981; and

CONSIDERING:

Article 5 of the Constitution establishes a period of ninety (90) days for the Ministers to elevate to the National Executive the organizational structures of their respective jurisdictions.

Given the magnitude that the task represented and the depth with which it is being carried out, it is desirable to extend the time given by the aforementioned rule.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Protract until 15 August 1981 the deadline set out in Article 5 of Decree No. 42 of 2 March 1981.

Art. 2o o This decree will be endorsed by the Minister of the Interior.
