TRANSFERS

Decree No. 1775/1980

Please extend the deadline set in article 1 of the Joint Resolution of the Ministry of the Interior and the Economy. 9/79 and 1.332/79 respectively.

VISTO proposed by the Ministry of Economy, and

CONSIDERING:

That, by Joint Resolution of the Ministers of the Interior and of Enconomy, numbers 9 (M.I.) and 1.332 (M.E.) respectively dated 3 December 1979, approved by Article 8 of Decree No. 258/80, was disused to transfer without charge to the provinces, to the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires and to the National Territory of the Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and organisms of the South Atlantic, services,

That, by article 1 of the aforementioned Resolution was established as the deadline for the conclusion of the respective transfer agreements on 30 June 1980.

To date, part of the transfer agreements reached are pending.

That the National Executive Power is empowered to regulate the above-mentioned measure of government, by article 2 of Act No. 18.586.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - The deadline set in article 1 of the Joint Resolution of the Ministry of the Interior and the Economy numbers 9 (M.I.) and 1.332 (M.E.) respectively, dated 3 December 1979, approved by Decree No. 258, dated 31 January 1980, was extended until 31 December 1980.
