Rules concerning the granting of orders of passages to all persons who participate and cooperate with the apostolic end of the Church.

VISTO the decrees Nros. 159 of 31 October 1973 and 2,613 of 2 September 1977, which regulates the granting of orders of passages to the Arquidiocesan, Diocese and Superiors of Religious Orders, as well as to the members of the Secular and Regular Clergy and to the religious and lay people invested with the Holy Ministries and the secular leaders of the Roman and Catholic Church, A.

CONSIDERING:

It is desirable to have a rule that contains everything concerning the granting of the orders of passages to all persons who participate and cooperate with the apostolic end of the Church.

That the granting of passages linked to the service of worship constitutes a form of State support for the Roman Catholic Religion.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Requests for passages from the Archdiocese, Diocesan, Auxiliary Bishops, Superiors of Religious Orders and Congregations, members of the Secular and Regular Clergy, religious and religious, who need to travel abroad or from abroad to the country or within the national territory, for reasons of their ministry, will be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship.

Art. 2o - The same treatment will apply to the lay people who are invested with the Holy Ministries, catechists and the second leaders of Associations and Movements of the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church.

Art. 3o - The National Directorate of Worship shall rule on the desirability of granting it, taking into account the reasons underlying the order, which shall relate exclusively to the service of Worship in its various forms.

Art. 4o - In all cases the orders of passage to travel abroad or from abroad shall be granted by Resolution of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Worship. As for orders within the national territory, they will be authorized through the National Directorate of Worship.

Art. 5o - Destroy the Nros Decrees. 159 of 31 October 1973 and 2,613 of 2 September 1977.

Art. 6o - Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
