VISTO the power conferred in article 86 (2) of the National Constitution and the need to regulate Law 22.117,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - The National Register of Reoffence and Criminal and Carcelary Statistics will determine the forms in which communications will be extended, requests for reports, background and individual data sheets referred to in articles 2°, 3°, 4°, 5° and 6° of Act No. 22.117.

Art. 2nd . Communications that generate requests for reports and responses between the courts and the Registry shall be forwarded through the posting service, such as certified and frank parts to be paid, unless a telegraphic response is particularly requested by telex.

The Ministry of Justice may, in relation to certain localities, make use of other procedures which, in the circumstances, may give greater celebrity to the proceedings.

Article 3. Any information provided by the Register shall be recorded in the respective harbour.

Article 4. The chips of the digital prints that are obtained to accompany the communications and requests for reports sent to the Register will be taken in a rolled form.

Art. 5o With communications to the Register of Resolutions declaring the respective criminal action extinct on the death of the offender, an authentic copy of the corresponding death certificate must be accompanied in order for the Registrar to dismiss the corresponding prontue.

Art. 6°... Where, at the discretion of the Director-General of the National Register of Reoffence and Criminal Statistics, the legitimate interest referred to in article 8 (f) of Act No. 22.117, shall order the issuance of the corresponding certificate, which shall be used within five (5) days of receipt by the person concerned. The expiry of the certificate issued shall be operated upon. The certificate shall be required by the person concerned personally or through his or her legal representative.
