Adopt a Convention between Water and Electrical Energy, State Society and the Province of La Pampa.

VISTO Expediente No. 780.020/80 of the registration of the Ministry of Energy, requesting the ratification of the National Executive Power of the Convention between Water and Electrical Energy of the State Society and the Province of La Pampa, and

CONSIDERING:

That pursuant to Decree No. 258 of 31 January 1980, the resolution was approved by the Joint Resolution of the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of the Economy numbers 9 and 1332 respectively of 3 December 1979 relating to the transfer of services provided by Water and Electrical Energy State Society to the Provinces, under the conditions prescribed by Law No. 18.586.

That by Article 2 of Law No. 18.586, the transfer would be made through Conventions to be held with each Province, ad-referendum of the National Executive.

That the Convention is supported by the provisions of the aforementioned legal provisions,

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Approve the Convention of May 5, 1980 between Electrical Water and Energy Society of the State and the Province of La Pampa, which is an integral part of the present decree, by which it is agreed to transfer to the latter, electrical services of the aforementioned Society, existing within the provincial limits, in accordance with Article 2 of Law No. 18.586 and Article 2 of Law No. 18.586 and Article 2 of Decree No.
