DECRETO WORK No. 266 Delegate to the Ministry of Labour the power granted to the National Executive by article 4 of Law 11.544.

Article 4 of Act No. 11.544 and

CONSIDERING:

That the above-mentioned legal rule grants the National Executive Power the power to establish by industry, trade and trade and by region exceptions to the maximum duration of the day set out in Act No. 11.544, of a permanent nature for preparatory or complementary tasks that must be carried out in a necessary way outside the boundary for the general activity of the establishment or for certain categories of persons whose work is especially intermittent, temporary to allow companies to deal with extraordinary demands for work.

That for the purpose of better compliance with the assigned attribute, it is necessary to ensure the direct intervention of the Ministry of Labour of the Nation, which, in its capacity as the enforcement authority of labour standards, will make possible the quickest assessment of the particular circumstances of each case, accelerating the relevant procedures in response to the current socio-economic requirements.

Therefore:

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Refer to the Ministry of Labour of the Nation the power granted to the National Executive by article 4 of Law 11.544.

Art. 2° . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
