DECRETO CONTRATATIONS No. 1.118.

VISTO was informed by the General Directorate of Military Manufactures in Expediente No. 11.554/77 (DGFM) and proposed by the Ministry of Defence and,

CONSIDERING:

That the General Directorate of Military Manufactures is authorized by article 10 (a) of Law No. 12,709 and its modifications, to perform direct contractings, and may presently exercise such attribution up to the amount of three hundred and sixty million pesos (weights 360,000.000.)) by individual award, in merit to the provisions of Decree No. 1,532/78.

That the amount set above has been outdated by the increases produced in the interin, a fact that imposes the need for its adjustment to real values.

That in summary, we seek to raise to nine hundred million pesos ($ 900,000.000.),), of the amounts currently established in three hundred and sixty million ($ 360,000.000.),), in article 10 (a) of Law 12,709 and its amendments.

That for the determination of the new amount the increase of wholesale prices for non-agricultural products has been weighted, those of greater affinity with the activities of the aforementioned General Directorate as already expressed in the considerations of Decree No. 775/76, experienced since then and until December 1978.

Article 2 of Act No. 17.826 authorizes the executive branch to modify the boundary established when reasoned reasons so advise it, providing reasons for this identity, in the emergency, those set forth in the preceding considerations.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Raise the amount of nine hundred million pesos (weights 900,000.000. ),), the amounts currently established in three hundred and sixty million pesos ($ 360,000.000. .), in article 10 (a) of Law 12,709 and its amendments. Art. 2o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
