Replace an article of Decree 395/75.

Having regard to this article No. 70 of Annex I to Decree No. 395/75 and

CONSIDERING:

It is appropriate to expedite the procedures to complete to finalize the expropriated, seized, abandoned or confiscated weaponry, in order to prevent them from remaining in stock for a longer time than prudent, forcing additional security measures.

That it is necessary to relieve the National Executive from the task that imposes acts such as those described that are not intrinsically important have a regular periodicity.

That the power to dispose of the final destination of the alleged weaponry may be assumed by the Minister of Defence without any legal obstacle.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Replace article 70 of the Regulations of the National Law on Arms and Explosives adopted by Decree No. 395 of 20 February 1975, which shall read as follows:

"Article 70. The Minister of Defence shall, on the proposal of the National Register of Arms, have the manner in which the material expropriated, seized, paid or confiscated shall be distributed. The Armed Forces, Security Police, recognized Tyre Associations or Museums will be beneficiaries of such distribution according to the characteristics of the material. In the event that the National Register of Arms advised, the Minister of Defence may have the destruction of the material."

Art. 2o - Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
