Decree No. 632 dated 27 August 1974.

VISTO Expedient No. 360.019/78, of the Ministry of Energy, by which the Petroleum Public Prosecutor ' s Office of the State, requests the repeal of Decree No. 632 of 27 August 1974, of the nationalization of fuel and lubricants, and

CONSIDERING:

That the decree No. 223 dated 27 April 1976 addressed the situation following the different differences between the State and private, national and foreign companies, including those resulting from the application of the decree quoted in the Hittite.

To that end, Honorary Advisory Commissions were created to carry out the study of the background of each case and the recommendation of the relevant solutions.

That the agreements reached in the Commissions were approved by Decrees number 1535/77, 1536/77, 1539/77, 2371/77, 3241/77, 2035/78, 697/79 768/79 and 1183/79, excluding the companies affected by the legal regime established by Decree No. 632 of 27 August 1974.

That, consequently, it is appropriate to have their repeal,

Article 1 - Derógase el Decreto número 632 de fecha 27 de agosto de 1974 por el que se dispuso el otorgamiento de todas las autorciones de stations de servicio y mors de expendio de combustibles y lubricants a favor de Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales.
