This rule provides for the granting of benefits to the national industry participating in international tenders for the implementation of programmes and projects funded by loans contracted with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank).
On September 21, 1976, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development approved a loan for Electrical Services of the Greater Buenos Aires S.A. with the guarantee of the Argentine Republic, which aims to comply with the Plan of Works 77/80/81, called "Fourth Electrical Project of Buenos Aires", approved by Decree No. 2.603 of October 26, 1976.
That, by their transcendence and projection, the aforementioned works should be regarded as covered by the provisions of Act No. 20.852.
It is the responsibility of the National Executive to determine those tenders that are included in the aforementioned regime.
Accordingly, in accordance with the proposal of the State Secretariat for Industrial Development and in the use of the powers conferred by article 1 of Decree No. 2.099 of 17 September 1976,

RIGHT:Article 1 . Please refer to the provisions of Law No. 20,852 to international tenders awarded by Electrical Services of the Greater Buenos Aires S.A. for the provision of the goods corresponding to the works set out in Annex 2 of the Agreement between it and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) approved by Decree No. 2.603/76. Art. 2° . Local industrial companies offering goods produced in the country shall enjoy in the tenders referred to in the previous article, the benefits provided for in article 2 of Act No. 20,852 provided that the applicable provisions of the law are mentioned in the corresponding solicitation documents. Art. 3rd . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
