NATIONAL PENITENCIARY SERVICE Decree No. 273 Regulations on Identity and Travel Documents. Partial modification.

VISTO Expediente No. 293,634-I-77 of the Federal Police Registry, by which the Institution requests the possibility of granting a Credential Identity Cell to personnel in activity and retired from the Federal Prison Service, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Federal Police is empowered by article 46 of the Regulations on Identity and Travel Documents, Chapter VIII, Title I approved by Decree No. 2.015/66, to issue documents of the petitioner type to all the personnel of the Armed and Security Forces, in order to prove the identity not only personal but professional of its holder.

That the present requirement responds to the purposes already stated, and there are no impediments to its viability.

For this purpose, the amendment of article 46 of the Regulations on Identity and Travel Documents, Chapter VIII, Title I, approved by Decree No. 2.015/66 and amended by Decree No. 9.117/72 is necessary.

Therefore,

Article 1 . Amend article 46, Chapter VIII, Title I of the Regulations on Identity and Travel Documents, approved by Decree No. 2.015/66 and amended by Decree No. 9117/72, the text of which will be drafted as follows: .
