Regulation of the National Security Zones Commission. Partially modify Annex I.

VISTO proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That Decree No. 9329, dated 11 October 1963, adopted the Regulations of the National Security Areas Commission and its integration by article 1 of Annex I to the aforementioned administrative act.

It is necessary to update the composition of the aforementioned National Commission, adapting it to the current situation.

That the proposed measure involves the inclusion of new vowels and the change of non-permanent of some of them by permanent, as well as the adjustment of the denominations to the changes in the member agencies.

That it is therefore essential to replace Article 1 of Annex I in question, with the consent of the sectors concerned.

Therefore,

the President of the Argentine Nation

Decrete:

Article 1 - Replace article 1 of annex I - Regulation of the National Security Zone Commission of Decree 9329 of 11 October 1963, with the following:

Art. 1 - The National Security Zone Commission, established by Decree-Law No. 15385/44 (Law No. 12913), will be integrated with its President and the following members:

(a) A Senior Army Chief Command (Secretary-General).

(b) National Director of Gendarmerie.

(c) Naval National Prefect.

(d) National Director of the National Air Police.

(e) Director of Air Transit of the Air Region Command.

(f) Chief II (Ingeligence) of the Army Commander-in-Chief - Army General Staff.

(g) Chief II (Intelligence) of the General Staff of the Navy.

(h) Chief II (Intelligence) of the General Staff of the Air Force.

(i) Assistant Secretary of State Intelligence.

They will also include the National Security Zones Commission, when it comes to matters that they do in their interest, with the right to voice and vote:

(a) General Port Administrator.

(b) General Director of Political Planning of the Ministry of the Interior.

(c) Chief of the Federal Police.

(d) Chief of the Cabinet of Advisers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship.

(e) A representative of the Ministry of Economy, with a hierarchy of undersecretaries.
