Water and Electrical Energy.

Approve the Action and Budget Plan for the year 1977.

VISTO Expedient No. 770.015/77 of the registry of the State of Energy Secretariat by which the Electrical Water and Energy Company requests the approval of its Plan of Action and Budget for the period 1977, and

CONSIDERING:

That the precited instruments conform to the activity to be developed by the Electrical Water and Energy Company during the period 1977;

That article 4 of Act No. 13.050 (t.o.) as amended by Act No. 15.023 authorizes the Executive to adopt the Plans of Action and Budget of State Enterprises;

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Approve the Plan of Action of the Electrical Water and Energy Company for the period 1977, which is annexed as an integral part of this decree.

Art. 2o - Note in the sum of three hundred and sixteen thousand thirty and four million five hundred thousand pesos ($ 316,034,500.000) the Cost of the Electrical Water and Energy Company for the exercise of 1977 according to the detail contained in the tables annexed to this article.

Art. 3o - In the sum of three hundred and sixteen thousand thirty and four million five hundred thousand pesos ($ 316,034,500.000) the Resource Calculation of the Water and Electrical Energy Company for the exercise of 1977, according to the tables annexed to this article.

Art. 4o - Please refer to the Electrical Water and Energy Company to introduce modifications, adjustments or compensations that it deems necessary, in the crites of Particial Partitions, which constitute each Main Partida, provided that this does not mean altering the level of the latter or modifying the functional plant. When the Company makes use of such a faculty, it must be reported to the Ministry of Economy.

Art. 5o - Approve the distribution of the Patrimonial Investment Plan for the Water and Electrical Energy Company for the period 1977, in accordance with the detail that by project and part-time level is contained in the tables annexed to this article.

In accordance with the Ministry of Economics, the aforementioned company may make modifications or adjustments between projects, without altering the amount set for the aforementioned Patrimonial Investment Plan.

Art. 6o - Within the 1990s (90) days of the end of the exercise, the Electrical Water and Energy Company must present to the Ministry of Economy a state of implementation of the Plan of Action and Budget approved by this decree.
