National Board of Carnes.

Determine the percentage that you will receive by the contribution set out in Art. 16 of Act No. 21.740.

Article 18 of Law No. 21.740, and

CONSIDERING:

That the percentage that the NATIONAL BOARD of CARNES should be determined by the contribution set out in article 16 (a) of the aforementioned Law;

That, taking into account the general conditions of meat production and marketing and the need to allocate to the Agency the resources that allow it agile and dynamic development, in order to act as a true instrument of promotion and control, it is considered appropriate to set the amount of such contribution at UNO BY SCIENTO (1%);

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 — The contribution referred to in article 16, paragraph (a), of Law No. 21.740, and which the National Board of Carnes shall receive, shall be set by one percent (1%).

Art. 2° — Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
