Article 1.- Trust the Ministry of the Interior, the National Commission on Interprovincial Limits (C.N.L.I.P) which will consist of a president and four members. The Undersecretary of the Interior shall act as chairman and as vowels, three representatives of the Ministry and one of the Military Geographical Institute. A representative of the Ministry of the Interior shall also serve as secretary of the Commission and shall be a lawyer.
Article 2°- The National Commission shall, within sixty days of the issuance of the present report, determine the outstanding issues and the provinces concerned shall designate representatives to assert their respective rights.
Article 3.- In each matter, the National Commission shall convene representatives of the provinces concerned, for a period of ninety working days, to reconcile their differences and to establish or demarcate, in common agreement, their respective limits.
Article 4°- If the provinces did not reach the agreement provided for in the previous article, they would have to submit their respective claims, with all the documentation and evidence to do so, within ninety days of the location provided by the National Commission.
Article 5.- The deadline set out in the previous article, the National Commission taking into account the documents and evidence provided, and those which it may require, shall rule on each issue, setting or demarcating the controversial limits.
Article 6.- The agreements provided for in article 3, and the opinions produced pursuant to article 5, shall be submitted for consideration by the Minister of the Interior and subsequently, by that ministerial route, to the President of the Nation for the purposes of article 67, paragraph 14, of the National Constitution.
Article 7.- The Military Geographic Institute and the Directorate-General for Provinces of the Undersecretariat of the Interior will collaborate with the National Commission and provide the necessary administrative and technical support.
Article 8: The National Commission shall act in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on internal operations and procedures issued by the National Executive Branch on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior.
The funds allocated for its operation shall be used by the National Commission, in accordance with the authority for the authorization of expenses established by the Executive Branch in its internal regulations.
