VISTO Article 15 of Law No. 20.524, and

CONSIDERING:

Experience has shown that the division of functions between different agencies with assigned competencies for internal and external trade respectively may lead to the application of disparate criteria that, according to circumstances, discourage exports to remedy local consumption problems or, alternatively, adversely affect the proper supply of the domestic market.

That the unification of the nation ' s trade policy under one leadership will contribute to the application of compatible criteria, policies and instruments in both areas, which will ensure the strengthening of the external sector and a manifest benefit for the economy as a whole.

That the National Reorganization Process seeks to avoid overlap and duplication of functions and achieve a better management of the state structure.

Therefore, and attentive to the recommendations of the Ministry of Economy,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Refer to the Ministry of Economics to the Ministry of State of Commerce and International Economic Negotiations, which will have the competence attributed to the Nros Decrees. 95/74 and 2,292/77 to the State Secretariats for Trade and Foreign Trade and International Economic Negotiations, which are deleted from the date of this decree.

Art. 2o El The Ministry of Economy will raise, within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the date, for subsequent approval by the National Executive, the new organizational structure subsisting the current ones until it is approved.

Art. 3o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
