VISTO is informed by the Commander General of the Navy and proposed by the Minister of Defence,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 de Replace point 2, of Annex I Argentina Organization of the Argentine Naval Prefecture, of Decree No. 672 of March 1, 1971, with the following:

"2. Naval National Prefecture:

The National Naval Prefect exercises the driving of the Argentine Naval Prefecture.

In his absence he is replaced by the National Naval Subprefect.

(a) They depend directly on the Naval National Prefect:

1. National subprefecture.

2. Area Prefectures Address.

3. Navigation Security Police Directorate.

4. Security and Judicial Police Directorate.

5. Personnel Management.

6. Material Management.

7. Management.

8. General Secretariat.

9. Intelligence Service.

10. Naval Technical Advisory.

11. Legal Counseling.

12. Council of Senior Officials.

13. Advisory councils.

(b) The Directorates and Agencies mentioned in (a) except (a) 12. and (a) 13. shall keep the National Naval Sub-prefect permanently informed of the important orders they receive from the National Naval Prefect, as well as of the fundamental proposals they make. Such a link will be extended to the headlines of the National Subprefecture Planning Heads in the areas of their respective competences, to the extent that they advise the nature and significance of the issues concerned. "

Art. 2o . Defrost point 17 of Annex I Argentina Organization of the Argentine Naval Prefecture, of the Decree mentioned in the previous Article and the reference to the "Advisory Group" that works in the organigram of Annex II of the same Decree. Art. 3o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
