SOCIAL ARTWORKS Federal Police Increase the monthly mandatory contribution by 2%. DECRECT N° 610

Having regard to the "I" file number 265,721 of the year 1975, registration of the Argentine Federal Police, which calls for the increase of the monthly mandatory contribution that this institution makes, for the support of its Social Work, as stipulated by Decree No. 564 of 4 March 1975, and

CONSIDERING:

That Act No. 21.216 has increased the contribution of employers by 2 per cent (2%) on the total remuneration paid by staff in relation to dependency.

That at present the state contribution corresponding to the support of the Superintendence of Welfare is of two and a half percent (2.5 percent) on those amounts, according to Decree No. 564/75, so it is therefore necessary to take it to the percentages set by the new legal norm.

Therefore,

Decrete:

Article 1 Increase by 2 per cent (2 per cent) the monthly mandatory contribution by the Argentine Federal Police, established by Decree No. 564/75 of 4 March 1975, for the support of the Superintendency of Welfare, which is set accordingly by four and a half per cent (4.5 per cent) of the remuneration paid by the staff in relation to its dependence on any concept. (Note Infoleg: by art. 1st Decree No. 1416/2007, B.O. 17/10/2007, increases by one and a half percent (1.5%) the monthly compulsory contribution by the Argentine Federal Police established in the present, which is set accordingly by six percent (6%) Art. 2o -- Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
