VISTO Decree-Law No. 18.753/70 and Decrees No. 18.753/70 and Decree No. 349 of 3 August 1973, 333 of 30 January 1974 and 1,925 of 16 July 1975; and
CONSIDERING:
That the above-mentioned acts created and determined the composition of the Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy, which is mandated to carry out the study, analysis and evaluation of the wage policy measures of all agencies of the National State.
That it is necessary to adapt its composition to the existing structures of the bodies that integrate it.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 Artículo The Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy shall consist of one (1) representative of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation, who shall preside over the commission one (1) representative of the Ministry of Economy; one (1) representative of the Ministry of Labour; one (1) representative of the Ministry of Social Welfare and one (1) representative of the Ministry of State of Finance.In addition, for the study of special cases, the commission may convene to include a representative of the Ministry or State Secretariat corresponding to the staff sector concerned.
Art. 2o o The above-mentioned body shall operate within the jurisdiction of the Presidency of the Nation. The administrative support necessary for its operation will be provided by the Ministry of State of Finance, which will be responsible for the corresponding documentation. Art. 3o o The Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy shall be in accordance with the provisions contained in articles 2o 3o, 4o, 5o and 6o of Decree-Law No. 18.753/70.
