STATE ORGANIZATION Decree No. 869/76 Amend the amounts established for the care of minor and urgent expenses under the Caja Chica regime.

Bs. As., 14/6/76;

VISTO that by decree No. 2.966 of 15 October 1975, the amounts for care were established under the small box regime of minor expenses and urgent expenses in the sum of $ 2000. y and $2500.,, respectively, and

CONSIDERING:

That to date the amounts indicated are estimated to be outdated, in relation to the rising prices of the items and/or materials that are acquired subject to the regime in question.

That the above causes inconveniences in the care of the services, of marked incidence in cases of essential and urgent need, such as the maintenance and maintenance of machinery and the acquisition of various elements that must be contemplated immediately in order not to paralyze their task.

That such aspects do not allow procedural delays in their implementation, since the elements to be acquired are intended to meet immediate requirements.

It is therefore appropriate to adopt the relevant precautions in order to generally raise the current amounts of the spending regime per small box.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Raise to the amounts of 8 thousand pesos ($ 8000..) and ten thousand pesos ($ 10,000.)) the amounts set out in paragraph 19 (e), article 48 of Decree No. 13,100/57, modified by the similar 5421/58, 11171/60, 487/64, 10.053/65, 5621/67, 2.142/72, 54/75 and 2.966/75 for the minor care,

Art. 2nd . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register already archvese.
