DECRECT N° 2.711

Federal Police. A paragraph is added to the Regulation of the Organic Law regarding the absence of the Federal Police Chief.

VISTO that the Federal Police by Expediente number 217.139/I/76 P.F., requests the issuance of a decree amending the scope of article 216, paragraph 1 of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police (Decree No. 6.580/58), and

CONSIDERING:

That the rule under consideration does not provide for action in the event of a discontinuation of the administrative procedure of the qualification of the cadres, in the absence of the head of the High Board, the Chief of the Federal Police.

That this alternative clearly obstructs the continuity of the process in circumstances in which precisely, the natural development of the conceptual and numerical assessment imposes the need to safeguard the procedure of all paralyzation.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - It is added to the text of article 216, paragraph 1 of Decree No. 6580/58 (Regulation of the Organic Law of the Federal Police), the following paragraph: In the absence of the deputy head of the Federal Police, the Board will be chaired by the oldest general commissioner of the Security Scale.
