VISTO Expediente No. 33.517/74 of the Secretariat of State of Energy, in which it deals with the request submitted by Public Officials to obtain the allocation of an area of exploration, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 17.319/67; and.

CONSIDERING:

That the carrying out of exploratory activities by the Petroliferous Fiscal Foundations in the requested area, is conformed to the plans of action of the Company.

According to the fox 4 report, the work to be carried out by Fiscal Petroliferous Foundations is technically acceptable, with access to the request.

Therefore, attentive to the proposal of the Ministry of Economy and the provisions of articles 11 and 98 (e) of Decree-Law No. 17.319/67,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Assemble the Petroliferous Fiscal Deposits for exploratory work in the following area:


Art. 2o - Note in four (4) years the duration of the first period of the basic period of the permit, adapting for the second and third periods the maximum periods provided for in Article 23 of Decree-Law No. 17.319/67 for land areas.

Art. 3o - This decree will be endorsed by the Minister of Economy.

Art. 4o - Communicate, publish, give yourself to the National Directorate of the Official Register and get down.
