VISTO works in Act No. 320/72 of the Provincial University of Mar del Plata under the Ministry of Education of the Province of Buenos Aires, and

CONSIDERING:

That attentive to the fundamentals invoked by the recurring University, it is appropriate to modify article 2 of Decree No. 1.351/70, in terms of the title of the first level of the tourism career that is being studied in the faculty of Tourist Sciences of its dependence.

Therefore, in accordance with the advice of the Minister of Culture and Education and, in exercise of the powers provided for in article 5 (paragraph 2 of) of Decree Law No. 17.778/68,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Partially modify the text of article 2 of Decree No. 1.351 issued on 3 April 1970, the title of "Guía de Turismo" should be replaced by the title of "Assistant of Tourism", at the end of the first level of the career of Tourism that takes place in the Faculty of Tourist Sciences of the Provincial University of Mar del Plata, with the validity and legal effects provided for in article 1 of Decree Law No. 17.778/

Art. 2° - This decree will be endorsed by the Ministers of Culture and Education and the Interior.
