(a) On 15 November 1889, Combate de los Pozos, Brazil and Pichincha, in the Federal Capital:

(b) Brazil and Pichincha in the Federal Capital;

(c) Francisco Moreno, Coedecke, Ada Elflein and E. Frey, San carlos de Bariloche;

(d) El de la Avenida San Nicolás de Bary and the future Pan American Route in La Rioja;

(e) El de la Avenida Belgrano, Moreno Perú y Conessa, en Catamarca;

(f) El de la Avenida Guillermo Marconi, Cabred, López Torres and Luis Pasteur, in Posadas;

(g) El de la Avenida Vélez Sarsfield, Paraguay, Rojas Acosta y 9 de Julio, en Resistencia, y

(h) Pantaleón Gómez, Corrientes, Libertad and Maipú, in Formosa.

CONSIDERING:

That the projects have been carried out gathering the most advanced features of designs that require the current and demanding hospital techniques, but within a framework of economy strictly suited to national reality and not presenting technical-legal objections.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Approved the technical documentation to bid the construction works of the National Hospitals of Pediatrics; National Dentistry; Necinal, San Carlos de Bariloche; President Plaza, La Rioja; San Juan Bautista, Catamarca; Doctor Madariaga, Posadas; Doctor Perrando de Resistencia y Central, de Formosa.

Art. 2° - Authorize the State Secretariat of Public Health of the Ministry of Social Welfare to make the respective calls for public tendering.

Art. 3° -Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and filese.
