STATE ORGANIZATION DECRECT N° 1.925 Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy. Members and jurisdiction.

VISTO Decree No. 333/74 re-establishing the functioning of the Assesora Technical Commission for Public Sector Salarial Policy, establishes its integration and also its seat in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance and,

CONSIDERING:

It is necessary to adapt the functioning and composition of the agency to the growing needs of the public sector.

In order to develop a coherent wage policy, both for the national and provicial public sector, it is considered appropriate to involve representatives of the provinces within the Commission;

That in determining wage patterns, the voice of legitimately recognized trade union entities should also be heard, acting in the public sector ' s orbit, whether centralized or decentralized;

In order to adapt the assets of that sector, the establishment of a wage curve that contains the universe of remuneration of the Public Administration should also be contemplated, and in which the minimum level is corresponding to the Minimum Vital and Mobile Salary, a task in which under the Social Justice contained in the postulates of the National Government, State workers must also participate through their representatives;

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Amend Decree No. 333/74 to read as follows:

"Article 1 . The Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy shall consist of: the Technical Assistant Secretary of the Presidency of the Nation, who shall act as President, One (1) representative of the Ministry of Economy, One (1) representative of the Ministry of Labour, One (1) representative of the Ministry of Social Welfare, One (1) representative of the Ministry of State of Finance. The Commission may also be integrated into the study of special cases, with one (1) representative of the Ministry or Secretary of State corresponding to the sector concerned.

Article 2 . They will also include the present Commission: Two (2) representatives for each of the union entities with a trade union membership and who at least serve three ministries.

Article 3° Artículo Projects relating to the staff of the Public Sector of the Provinces, whose consideration corresponds to the National Government, will be forwarded to the Technical Advisory Committee on Public Sector Policy through the Ministry of the Interior. For the consideration of these cases, the Commission shall be integrated with a representative of the province concerned.

Article 4° El The Agency shall operate within the jurisdiction of the Technical Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation, which shall provide the administrative support required for its operation and to which the corresponding documentation shall be held."
