VISTO proposed by the Minister of Economy,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1 Artículo Mr. Secretary of State for Foreign Trade and International Economic Negotiations, acting in an interim capacity, will be granted to Mr. Secretary of State for Energy Doctor Don Miguel Angel Revestido, ratifying the actions of the person named in that character from the 21st day of the current.
