DECRECT N° 2.450

It extends the deadline for declaration of arms in the province of Corrientes.

VISTO expressed by the Ministry of the Interior in note CP Seg. No. 108/75, which was reported by the Police Headquarters of the Province of Corrientes by file No. 21207082781/75, regarding the delay in the initiation of the relay of firearms under Chapter VIII of the Annex to Decree No. 395/75 (Regulation of the National Law on Arms and Explosives), proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That the aforementioned delay has escaped control of the Police Institution responsible for the alleged act.

That the National Law on Arms and Explosives (Decree-Law No. 20429/73) establishes a broad amnesty in its article 17, in order to regulate firearms in the possession of individuals.

It is fair to create the instrument for the time available for such regularization to be the same throughout the national territory.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 -- Protract throughout the territory of the province of Corrientes, until 17 October 1975, the lapse declaration of firearms, pursuant to Chapter VIII of the Regulations of the National Law on Arms and Explosives.

Art. 2o -- Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
