ARTICLES. 1o -- Créase en Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña, provincia del Chaco, un juez federal, una fiscalía y una defensoría general. Two secretaries and six administrative staff shall be appointed as the endowment for the functioning of the court, and two administrative staff shall be appointed for the tasks related to public ministries. ARTICLES. 2nd-- The expenses that demand the creation and operation of this court shall be charged to "general funds" for the present fiscal year. ARTICLES. 3o-- Contact the Executive.
