DECRETO No 237 Sociedad Argentina de Autores y Compositores de Música (S.A.D.A.I.C.) Modifícase article 29 of decree 5.146/69 concerning the vote of associates.

VISTO file No. 6.536/73, which encourages the modification of Article 29 of Decree No. 5.146/69 on the vote of the associates of the mutual entity Sociedad Argentina de Autores y Compositores de Música (S.A.D.A.I.C.), and

CONSIDERING:

That the right to vote in mutual associations is governed by the democratic principle of "a man, a vote".

That the elimination of the proportional vote, as it has been replaced by Decree No. 5.146/69 establishing the electoral regime of S.A.D.A.I.C., constitutes an antecedent that relates to the equal rights and obligations enjoyed by persons who join associations.

That such a procedure has been shared by the assembly of associates of S.A.D.A.I.C., held on 2 June 1973, where they decided to request the amendment of Article 29 of Decree No. 5.146/69.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Amend Article 29 of Decree No. 5.146/69, which shall read as follows:

"Every active partner, a day in the payment of the social quota, has the right to a vote."

Art. 2o o This decree will be endorsed by the Minister of Social Welfare.

Art. 3o o Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
