ARMADA ARGENTINA Practicing and Piloting Service. Partially amend Decree 672/71. DECEMBER No. 297

VISTO office 8.834, HH9 No. 87/73 of the registry of the Argentine Naval Prefecture, informed by the General Commander of the Navy, the proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That the change in the suggested organization provides an organic co-ordinate that contributes to the achievement of the appropriate dynamics that harmonizes with the specific work of the own public service that the Argentine Naval Prefecture is responsible for;

That centralizing the operational and administrative function in Mr. Subprefecto Nacional Naval, he intends to revitalize the service, for greater efficiency of the service;

That the change of denomination of the current Department of Practice and Piloting is consistent with the general organization of the Argentine Naval Prefecture;

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 de Add as item 2 of section 4 (a) of Annex I to Decree No. 672 of March 1, 1971, as follows:

"2. Practicing and Piloting Service."

Art. 2o , Add as herepite 18 bis in the Annex, the following:

"18 bis. Practice and Piloting Service"

"The Practicing and Piloting Service is the agency that assists the Naval National Sub-prefect in everything related to the administration of this Service, in accordance with the provisions contained in the "Regulation of the Practice and Piloting Services for the Rivers, Ports, Steps and Canals of the Argentine Republic", controlling compliance with the regulations and promoting the updating of the current regulations on practice and pilotage. "

Art. 3o . Replace Annex II of Decree No. 672/71 with the organigram that works as Annex I to the present.

Art. 4o El This Decree will be endorsed by the Minister of Defence.

Art. 5o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
