Areas of exploitation and development.

VISTO Expediente No. 33.512/74 de ls Secretaría de Estado de Energía, por el cual Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales solicita la adjudicación de un lote de explotación en la Cuenca Marina Austral; y,

CONSIDERING:

That such request is based on the result of the exploratory work performed by the Company.

That the requested areas are covered within the resupply to the state companies in accordance with Decree No. 3.287/71.

According to the fox report 6, the request of the Petroliferous Fiscal Deposits is technically acceptable and the nature of the deposit makes its allocation to the applicant.

For this reason, attentive to the proposal of the Ministry of Economy and the provisions of Article 99 of Decree-Law No. 17.319/67 and Article 4 of Decree No. 4.845/68.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Assemble the Petroliferous Fiscal Foundations, within the areas granted by Decree No. 3.287/71, and in order to continue its exploitation and development, the following area is described:


Art. 2° - This decree will be endorsed by the Minister of Economy.

Art. 3° - Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
