SOCIAL PREVISION No. 182 Regular retirement for staff affected by forging and forging

Article 64 of Decree-Law 18.037/68 and

CONSIDERING:

That the above-mentioned legal rule authorizes the Executive to establish regimes that meet age and years of service and contribution and differential contributions, in relation to the nature of services rendered in painful, risky, unhealthy or determinant tasks of old age or premature exhaustion.

That the Standing Advisory Commission established by Decree 5.006/71 for the study and analysis of requests made for the implementation of differential retirement regimes produced offices for staff engaged in forging and forging tasks.

That from the result of their studies and checks, the conclusion is drawn that such personnel are usually performed in places where the accepted limit values in terms of sound pressure levels and hygrothermal conditions are exceeded, which makes these tasks painful or determinant of early ageing.

That such circumstances allow for a reduction in the age and age limits of services currently in force to obtain the ordinary retirement benefit, similar to that provided for in Article 2 (a) of Decree 4.257/68, as amended by Article 1 of Decree 2.338/69, with respect to staff regularly engaged in lamination, acery and founding.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . You will have the right to regular retirement with 50 years of age and 25 years of service, regular staff and directly affected to forge and forge tasks.

Art. 2o . If the tasks of those specified in the previous article have been carried out and alternately others of any kind, for the purpose of determining the requirements for the granting of regular retirement, an assessment shall be made based on the age and service limits, required for each type of task or activity.

Art. 3o La The employer's contribution to the tasks referred to in article 1 of this decree will be the one in force in the common system, increased by two points.

Art. 4o . In the certifications of services that include all or part of the tasks of those provided for in this decree, the employer must expressly state such a circumstance.

Art. 5o Las The above provisions will begin to govern from the first day of the month following the date of this decree.

Art. 6th El This decree will be endorsed by the Minister of Social Welfare.
