HIDROCARBUROS Decree No. 101/1974 Adjudication of an area for exploitation. Bs. As. 15/7/1974 VISTO Expedient No. 33.505/74 of the Secretariat of State of Energy, by which Fiscal Petroleum deposits request the extension of the concession Cape Name, within the area of exploration CA-II - Tierra del Fuego - Southern Basin: and, CONSIDERING: That such a request is based on the result of the exploratory work performed by the company. That the requested area is included within those initially reserved to state companies by the Unique Annex of Decree-Law No. 17.319/67. That, as it emerges from the leafy report 7, the request of the Petroliferous Fiscal Deposits is technically acceptable and the nature of the deposit makes its extension to the applicant. For this reason, and attentive to the proposals of the Ministry of Economy and the provisions of Article 93 of Decree-Law No. 17.319/67 and Article 4 of the Decree No. 4.845/65, THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION RIGHT: Article 1- Adjudgation of Fiscal Petroliferous Deposits, within the CA-II reserve area, set out in the Unique Annex to Decree-Law No. 17.319/67 and in order to continue its exploitation and development, the area described below:
Art. 2o -This decree will be endorsed by the Minister of Economy.
