DECRECT FEDERAL POLICY No. 9.117 Credential identity card for military personnel.

VISTO this file number 201.928/I/72 of the Federal Police Registry, by which the Institution requests the possibility of granting a Credential Identity Cell to personnel in activity and retired from the National Gendarmerie and Prefecture Naval Argentina, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Federal Police is empowered by Article 46 of the Regulations of Identity and Travel Documents, Chapter VIII, Title I, approved by Decree No. 2015/66, to issue documents of the type of the petitioner, to all the personnel of the Armed Forces in order to prove the identity not only personal but professional of its holder;

That the present requirement responds to the purposes already stated, and there are no impediments to its feasibility;

For this purpose, the amendment of article 46 of the Identity and Travel Documents Regulations, Chapter VIII, Title I, approved by Decree No. 2015/66, finds the same sustenance in the National Policy 129 (Decree No. 46/70 of the Board of Commanders in Chief).

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 de Amend article 46, Chapter VIII, Title I of the Regulations on Identity and Travel Documents adopted by Decree No. 2015/66, which read as follows: "Article 46 . Chapter VIII Título Title I. . The Federal Police will grant to the request of the interested parties a " Credential Identity Card" to the military personnel dependent on the Commands in Chief of the Army, the Navy and the Air Force, as well as to the military or police personnel of Gendarmerie Nacional and Prefectura Naval Argentina". Art. 2o . Communicate, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
