IDENTITY DOCUMENTS AND DECEMBER VIEW No. 1.626 Modification of tariffs.

VISTO Expediente No. 14.931/73 of the Federal Police Registry by which the Institution promotes the modification of articles 114, 116 and 118 of the Regulations on Identity and Travel Documents, approved by Decree 2.015/66 and amended by its equals 926/71, and

CONSIDERING:

That the police institution has warned of the repeated commission of criminal actions linked to the use of modern techniques for the forgery and adulteration of passports.

To that end, the relevant studies were conducted in order to adopt the necessary forecasts to counter such a situation, with the appropriate re-diagramming of those documents.

It was also concluded in the desirability of entrusting the specialized agencies of the Casa de la Moneda de la Nación, the task of printing with inks and special applications the corresponding cartillas, so that their inalterability is more effective.

That the measures envisaged will incite the cost of making the documents and therefore an update of the respective tariffs is imposed, which is carried out through this initiative.

That the proposed amendment, in accordance with National Policy numbers 52 and 133, approved by Decree 46/70 of the Board of Commanders in Chief.

For this reason, and attentively, the General Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Amend the articles. 114, 116 and 118 of the Regulations on Identity and Travel Documents adopted by Decree 2.015/66 and amended by Decree No. 926/71 on tariff regime, as follows:

"Article 114. es For the processing of documents determined in this regulation, applicants will pay on national tax stamps, the tariffs described below:

1/ Passport and his coat....$20.-

2°) Original identity card...

3°) Duplicate identity card...

4°) Travel certificate...

5°) Reválida del Certificate Provincia.............$1.

"Article 116. , If the procedure is carried out at the address of the person concerned, the following tariff will be charged:

1/ Passport and his coat...

2°) Original identity card...

3°) Identity Cell Duplicate..........$5.-

4°) Certificate of travel.......$1.-

"Article 118. ). By the inclusion of children under 5 years of age in the Passport of their parents, a tariff of five pesos (weights 5.).). "

Art. 2o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
