National Interest Market Advisory Council.

Update of members.

VISTO informed by the Ministry of Commerce, and

CONSIDERING:

In accordance with article 70 of Decree No. 3,872/71, which regulates Act No. 19,227 on National Interest Markets and is determined by article 1 of Decree No. 5,857/71, the Ministry of Commerce has constituted the National Interest Market Advisory Council.

That the Advisory Council is composed of representatives of official sectors, whose hierarchy and designation have subsequently been amended by Act No. 19,320, amending the Laws of the Nros Ministries. 18,416 and 19,064.

That by Act No. 19,276, the Secretary of Government Planning and Action has been established, with direct dependence on the Presidency of the Nation.

It is appropriate to align the text of article 10 of Decree No. 3.872/71, for the purpose of updating it, in accordance with what was expressed in previous considerations, and to include representatives of other State agencies as members of the National Interest Market Advisory Council, whose participation is deemed necessary given the nature of the matters to be considered by the Council.

Art. 1 - Replace article 10 of Decree No. 3.872/71, with the following: "The implementing body shall constitute the National Interest Market Advisory Council and shall rule for its performance.

The Council shall consist of:

(a) One representative from each of the following bodies or entities: Ministry of the Interior; Ministry of Finance and Finance; Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock; Ministry of Industry and Mining; Ministry of Commerce; Ministry of Labour; Ministry of Social Welfare; Ministry of Public Works and Services; Ministry of Planning and Government Action; Federal Investment Council; Business of Argentine Railways and Central Market Corporation of Buenos Aires.

(b) Up to ten (10) representatives designated by the Ministries of Agriculture and Livestock and Trade, among the persons proposed by the representative organizations of the production, trade and consumption of the products with which the markets operate, should represent half of them, at least.

(c) Representatives of public or private bodies or entities that invite the implementing body, in each case, for their connection with the item provided for by the Council.

Art. 2o - Replace "Ministry of Industry, Trade and Mining" with "Ministry of Commerce" in Articles 1o, 3o, 4o, 7o and 8o of Decree No. 3.872/71.

Art. 3o - Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
