Minimum remuneration for Dome Service staff.

VISTO monthly remuneration for stable Dome Service staff determined by Decree No. 5865 of 31 August 1972; and

CONSIDERING:

That the current regulations providing for increases in order to ensure the recovery of their remuneration to employees, do not reach the workers of the "home service" activity;

That the legal minimum remuneration of the staff concerned has currently lost their relationship with the level of salaries of other activities;

That it is appropriate to establish new minimum remuneration for the different categories of labour provided for in Decree No. 7979/56, which regulates Decret-Law No. 326/56, in order to adapt them to the reality of the labour market;

Attentive to the foregoing considerations, it is appropriate to readjust the minimums to be governed by the recruitments of "home service" personnel, covered by Art. 20 of Decree No. 7979/56.

Therefore,

Article 1 Artículo Please note the following minimum remunerations for the working categories set out in article 20 of Decree No. 7979/56 .Personal of the Domestic Service. in the Federal Capital.

1st category......$600.

2nd category......$450.

3rd category...... $300.

4th category...... $225.

Art. 2o Las Retributions contemplated in the previous article will govern from March 1, 1973.
