Three areas declared by decrees 3,694, 3,695 and 3,697 are discontinued

VISTO normalization operated in the "Buenos Aires" Emergency Zones, "Córdoba" and "Santa Fe" which had been declared by Nros Decrees. 3.694, 3.695 and 3.697/73 respectively;

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Leave without effect, from 00,00 hours on May 19, 1973, the Zones of Emergency "Buenos Aires", "Córdoba" and "Santa Fe" that had been declared by Decrees Nros. 3694, 3695 and 3697 respectively.

Art. 2o . Reintégrase to the civil authorities, the full enjoyment of their governmental powers.

Art. 3o . Replace, from the time and date specified in article 1 of this decree, the functioning of the military courts, with respect to all cases in which there is no decision.

Art. 4o . Persons currently detained for trial by the Military Tribunals shall be made available to the competent Judges, to whom such persons shall be referred and the elements of trial in accordance with the directives issued by the Military Authorities.

Art. 5o El This Decree will be endorsed by the Ministers of the Interior and National Defence and signed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Army, the Navy and the Air Force.

Art. 6th . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
