Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy. DECRETO N° 349 Its functions will be exercised by the Ministry of Finance and Finance.

VISTO Decree Law No. 18,753 and

CONSIDERING:

It was established by the Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy, in order to carry out the study, analysis and evaluation of wage policy measures of all agencies of the National State.

In addition, the Commission must intervene in projects relating to the public sector of the provinces and the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires.

That, now in full operation all the powers of the National State and legally constituted the respective provincial governments, the subsistence of that Commission in the aspects indicated in the previous consideration has lost its validity.

However, a sound staff policy of the National Civil Service requires the centralized analysis of measures to maintain the indispensable coherence and coordination.

That the draft Law on Organization of the Ministries, which defines the mission and functions of each of them, is currently being studied at the H. Congress of the Nation, which does not make it advisable to integrate the Aseora Technical Commission, is transitory that it fulfills the persecuted purpose.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE HONORABLE CAMARA OF DIPUTADOS DE LA NATION IN EJERCICIO DEL PODER EJECUTIVE DECRETA:

Article 1 Artículo Please refer to articles 1 and 4 of Decree-Law No. 18.753/70.

Art. 2° . The functions and powers set by the Decree-Law to the Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy shall be exercised temporarily by the Ministry of Finance and Finance.

Art. 3° . The Ministry of Finance and Finance shall be responsible for the documentation of the said agency.

Art. 4° . Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
