Act No. 18,017 was partially amended with regard to the establishment of the Family Assignment Fund for State Enterprises.

Article 28 of the so-called Law 18.017, and

CONSIDERING:

That the provision established the Family Assignment Fund for State Enterprises, further establishing that the Executive Branch shall regulate its functioning and the requirements to be required to effect the corresponding refunds;

That the aforementioned Fund has not been implemented so far;

That the Engagement Act for the regularization of the debts of State and State Property Companies with the National Provident Funds provides for the repeal of article 28 of the so-called Law 18.017;

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE HONORABLE CAMARA OF NATION DYPUTIES IN THE EXECUTIVE POWER

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Defrost article 28 of the so-called Law 18.017, and delete the expressions "and the Family Assignment Fund for State Enterprises Staff, which is created by article 28 of this Law", and "with the exception of which is created by article 28", respectively.

Art. 2° Staff serving in State-owned or State-owned enterprises will continue to receive appropriate family allowances, which will be served by such companies with resources from their respective budgets.

Art. 3rd - The present decree shall be endorsed by the Ministers Secretary of State in the Departments of Social Welfare, Finance and Finance and interim of Industry and Mining, Trade and Works and Public Services, Defence and Culture and Education.

Art. 4° - Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
