VISTO the works in Act No. 2650-6237/73 of the University of Mar del Plata, under the Ministry of Education of the Province of Buenos Aires, and

CONSIDERING:

That the implementation of the agreement of fs. 34, signed between the Provincial University and the Catholic University of Mar del Plata, only requires that the first one be empowered to grant the title of the co-responsive to the plan of agronomic studies, since the existence of the race and the respective plan has previous national approval;

Therefore, in accordance with the advice of the Minister of Culture and Education and in exercise of the powers provided for in article 5, paragraph 2, of the so-called Act No. 17.778.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE COUNTRY HONORABLE, OF THE NATION IN EXERCISE OF THE EXECUTIVE POWER,

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Add to the payroll set out in Article 2 of Decree No. 1.351 of 3 April 1970, the Agricultural Engineering career.

Art. 2o - Apply to your general structure, the plan of work studies of fs. 12 fs. 24 of the Act 2650-6237/73, of the Provincial University of Mar del Plata, under the Ministry of Education of the Province of Buenos Aires.

Art. 3o - Authorize the Provincial University of Mar del Plata to grant the title of Agricultural Engineer at the end of the corresponding studies, which will enjoy the validity and effects provided for in article 1 of the so-called Law No. 17.778.

Art. 4o - This decree will be endorsed by the Ministers of Culture and Education and the Interior.

Art. 5o - Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
